Hi, I'm Hayley
I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do right after high school so I enrolled into classes at the junior college to figure it out! In 2011 while taking classes I needed a part time job and that's when I first started at Sopra as a front desk coordinator. Sopra instantly felt right at home for me, probably because I grew up with three sisters, I was used to being surrounded by women.
While working at Sopra I realized I had to be a part of the beauty industry. I have always loved all things skin, hair and beauty related so I thought why not try it out myself! I graduated from Marinello in 2012 and went on to take my state boards to become a licensed esthetician. I worked in the treatment room for a while but I always found myself loving the behind the scenes (marketing, customer service, social media, answering phones calls, etc.) aspect more than the treatment room itself. So, that's where I grew my career into management instead and I now I absolutely LOVE what I do!
When you walk into Sopra I am typically the first face you see. I love greeting new clients, showing them around the salon and spa and making sure they have an amazing experience from beginning to end. I have had the pleasure of getting to know all the clients in the salon and spa which makes my job extra special! One of my favorite things about helping our clients check out is seeing their faces after their services, whether they look extra relaxed after a massage, glowing skin from their facial or seeing their beautiful new hair.
In my free time you can find me spending time with my husband Sean, getting happy hour with my girlfriends or hanging out with my family! I mentioned before I have three sisters but that is only half of my siblings, I am one of six and we talk almost everyday. You can also find me spending time with my best friends Teddy and Birdie. They are my golden retrievers. I never considered myself a dog person until we got them and now I'm am totally a crazy dog mom!
I have attended training courses and have a strong work ethic that will bring you the best customer service experience. I am not only dedicated to the Sopra team, but to our highly valued clients! I take pride in rarely forgetting a name or a face and I look forward to getting to know you as your walk into Sopra and help make your experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible!
